Section 10: Application for registration of Para-veterinary establishment

Every person intending to run a Para-veterinary establishment under section 27 to render veterinary services under the supervision and directions of registered veterinary practitioner shall make an application in such form and accompanied by such fee as may be specified by the regulations made under the Act for the registration of Para-veterinary establishment.

11. Certificate of Registration of Para-veterinary Establishment–(1) The certificate of registration of Para-veterinary establishment shall be Granted by the Registrar in Form-B, within a period of three months from the date of submission of the application to the Council and the period of three months to grant the certificate of registration of Para-veterinary establishment, shall commence from the date of registration of the application by the Council. The certificate of registration so granted shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and shall be renewable on payment of such fee as may be specified by the regulations made under the Act.

(2) Incomplete application shall not be registered and shall-be returned by the Registrar to the applicant. |

(3) Registration Certificate issued under sub-rule (1) shall be entered in the State register of Para-veterinary Establishment, in Form-C by the Registrar.

(4) In computing the time limit of three months as specified under sub-rule (1), the time taken by the authorities and applicant submitting the application, in furnishing any information/ clarification or additional documents called for by the Council shall be excluded.
