The application under section 19 to seek permission to establish an institution shall be submitted in Form-A either by registered post or in person to the Registrar, and shall be accompanied with a fee of rupees five thousand in the form of a demand draft drawn on a scheduled bank in favour of the Registrar. The fee to inspect the institution shall be rupees twenty five thousand. The inspection fee shall be sent in the form of a demand draft drawn on a Scheduled Bank in favour of the Registrar. Beyond one inspection the normal inspection fee shall be determined by the Council.
