Section 7: Registration

(1) Application submitted under rule 6 if found complete in all respects shall be registered by the Council for evaluation and recommendations. The registration of the application shall only signify the acceptance of the application for evaluation. It shall however, under no circumstances, mean approval of the application for grant of permission.

(2.) The period of one year specified under sub- section(6)of section 19 for processing of an application for setting up of an institution shall commence from the date of registration of the application by the Council.

(3.) Incomplete application shall not be registered and shall be returned by the Council to the applicant.
