The Council shall evaluate Part-A of the application in the first instance to establish’ the desirability and prima-facie feasibility of setting up the institution at the proposed location and the capability of the applicant-to provide the necessary sources and infrastructure of the scheme. While evaluating financial status of the applicant, the Council may seek further information/clarification or conduct additional inspection to verify the information.
