(1) As soon as a candidate has been declared elected, the Returning Officer shall give to such candidate a certificate of election in Form 22 and shall obtain from the candidate a duly signed acknowledgement and such acknowledgement shall immediately be sent to the Government along with a copy of Result in Form 20 for each Electoral College.
(2) Provided that if a person contesting election is dissatisfied with the order of Returning Officer he may file an application before the Secretary of the Government looking after wakf and other related matters and after giving an opportunity of being heard, he shall pass an appropriate order which shall be final and binding on all parties.
32. Notification by the Government- The state Government, after the receipt of results of election of the member of the Jharkhand State sunni shia Wakf Board under all the Electoral Colleges, shall issued a notification containing the names of elected members from the four electoral colleges under Clause (b) of sub section (1) of Section 14 and other members under Clauses (c), (d) and (e) of sub section (1) of section 14 and shall declare them as members of the Jharkhand State Wakf Board under section 14 in From 23.
33. Election of the Chairperson'-
(1) Whenever the Board is constituted or re-constituted, the State Government shall fix a date for the first meeting of the Board to elect the Chairperson. A notice in form 24 shall be given to the members about the date fixed for the first meeting of the Board at least seven days before the meeting of the Board. The notice shall also state the time and place of the meeting.
(2) Whenever a vacancy of Chairperson of the Board arises due to resignation, removal, death or otherwise the procedure for election of Chairperson as prescribed in sub-rule (1) above shall be followed.
(3) The election of the Chairperson shall be conducted by the Secretary to Government Minority Welfare Department or any other office deputed by the State Government in the meeting convened under sub- rule (1) through secret ballot.
(4) The election of the Chairperson and the proceedings of the meeting convened - 13 - to elect the Chairperson shall be recorded by an Officer appointed by the State Government.
(5) Immediately after the election of the Chairperson, the Govt. shall issue a notification in Form 25, containing the name of the member elected as the Chairperson of the Jharkhand State sunni Wakf Board under sub-section (8) of the section 14.
