Section 4: Amendment of rule 9

The Karnataka Compulsory Services by candidates completed Medical Courses (Counselling, Allotment and Certification) (Amendment) Rules, 2026State Rules of Karnataka · 2015

In the said rules, in rule 9, after sub-rule (7) the following shall be inserted, namely:

“Provided that in case of maternity leave or prolonged illness duly certified by a Government Medical Board the period of absence shall be compensated by extension of service.”
