Section 3: Intimation regarding Records Oficer

Every record creating agency shall after nominating a Records Oficer under sub-sectlon (1) of sectlon 5 'shall intimate the same to the Director of Archives.

4: Maintenance of standing guard file.- The Records Offiçer shall be responsible for matntaining �hd keeptng a Standing Guard Fle and proper record of the directions issued by the Director of Archtves or Head of the Offlce, as the 18 case may be, in pursuance to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 6 and shall produce the same for ihspection as and when sequtred by the Director of Archives or Head of the Archtves, as the case may be.
