Section 5: Scrutiny Fee

The Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Development of Land in areas other than Local Planning Areas) Regulations, 2025.State Regulations of Karnataka · 1963

The Director or the designated sub-ordinate officer shall levy, for the purpose of scrutiny, a non-refundable scrutiny fee as specified below and as notified subsequently by the Government from time to time for the plot under consideration payable by the applicant with the application. Fee shall be rounded off to the nearest ten rupee;
