Section 19: Refund admissible on unused coupons

The Kerala Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit) Rules 2009State Rules of Kerala · 1976

(1) Refunds on unused coupons or books returned to the Railway Authorities concerned, by the Secretary shall be granted after deduction of 10 per cent on the value of unused coupons if they are returned to the Railway within one month after the period of their validity.

(2) Refund of unused fuel coupons to the Indian Oil Corporation authorities concerned, by the Secretary shall be granted after deduction of 10 per cent of the value of unused coupons if they are returned to the Indian Oil Corporation Authorities within one month after the period of their validity.
