Section 5: Procedure for reimbursement

The Kerala Legislative Assembly (Reimbursement of amount incurred for the Purchase of Books) Rules, 2013State Rules of Kerala · 1951

(1) Every Member who desires to reimburse the amount incurred by him for the purchase of books shall apply for the reimbursement of the amount in the Form-A Appended to these Rules.

(2) The application referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied by the cash receipts or vouchers in original duly signed by the concerned publisher or dealer or an authorised agent or seller of the books evidencing payment in the case of purchase of e-books, the hard copy of the invoice/receipt shall be produced .

(3) The declaration on the application shall be signed by the Member who applied for the reimbursement.

(4) The application and the enclosures thereon shall be furnished in duplicate.
