Section 22: േബാർഡിനുളള ധനസഹായങ്ങളും വായപ്കളും

The Kerala Toddy Industry Development Board Act, 2021State Act of Kerala · Act 40 of 2021

(1) സർക്കാരിന് കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ, സർക്കാർ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന ്രപകാരമുളള നിബന്ധനകളിേന്മലും വ്യവസ്ഥകളിേന്മലും, ഈ ആക്റ്റിെൻ്റ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കായി േബാർഡിന് ധനസഹായങ്ങളും ്രഗാൻ്റുകളും നൽകാവുന്നതാണ്.

(2) േബാർഡിന്, കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ, സർക്കാരിെൻ്റ മുൻകൂർ അനുമതിേയാെടയും ഈ ആക്റ്റിെല വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കും, സർക്കാർ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന ്രപകാരമുളള ഉപാധികൾക്കും വിേധയമായി, ഈ ആക്റ്റിെല ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കുേവണ്ടി പണം കടം വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്.
