(1) േബാർഡിെല െചയർേപഴ്സണും മറ്റ ് അനൗേദ്യാഗിക അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും അവർ ഔേദ്യാഗിക സ്ഥാനം ഏെറ്റടുത്ത തീയതി മുതൽ അഞ്ച ് വർഷക്കാലയളവ് പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതുവെര ഔേദ്യാഗിക സ്ഥാനം വഹിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

(2) േബാർഡിെല െചയർേപഴ്സണും മറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും നൽേകണ്ട ശമ്പളവും അലവൻസുകളും മറ്റ് േസവന വ്യവസ്ഥകളും, നിർണ്ണയിക്കെപ്പടാവുന്ന ്രപകാരമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
