േബാർഡിൽ അംഗമായി നിയമിക്കെപ്പടുന്നതിനും അംഗമായി തുടരുന്നതിനും ഏെതാരാളും, അയാൾ,- (എ) ബുദ്ധിസ്ഥിരതയില്ലാത്തയാേളാ;

(ബി) അവിമുക്ത നിർദ്ധനനാെണങ്കിേലാ;

(സി) സാന്മാർഗിക ദൂഷ്യേമാ സാമ്പത്തിക ്രകമേക്കേടാ ഉൾെപ്പടുന്ന ഒരു കുറ്റത്തിന് അയാൾ ശിക്ഷിക്കെപ്പട്ടിട്ടുെണ്ടങ്കിേലാ;

(ഡി) േനരിേട്ടാ േനരിട്ടല്ലാെതേയാ േബാർേഡാ, േബാർഡിനു േവണ്ടിേയാ ഏർെപ്പടുന്ന ഏെതങ്കിലും കരാറിേലാ െതാഴിലിേലാ എെന്തങ്കിലും ഓഹരിേയാ താത്പര്യേമാ ഉെണ്ടങ്കിേലാ, അേയാഗ്യനാക്കെപ്പടുന്നതാണ്.
