Section 51: Ordinances

The Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 2011

Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes and Ordinances, the Board of Management shall have power to make Ordinances providing for all or any of the following matters,—

(i) the levy of fees in colleges and other institutions by the University;

(ii) the work load and pattern of teaching staff in colleges;

(iii) the fixation of scales of pay of various posts in the University and the terms and conditions of service of officers of the University;

(iv) the residence and discipline of students; and

(v) any matter as may be prescribed by Ordinances or which is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Act.
