(i) The Students' Council/Societies as the case may be shall have the following powers.

to lay down the broad pattern of the activities of the Students' Council/Society.

to approve the budget estimates of the Council/Society.

One third of the total membership of the Students' Council & one-fourth of the total membership of the concerned Society shall constitute the quorum Each member of Students' Council shall have only one voting right.
