Section 12: Selection Committee

The Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Service (Recruitment and General Conditions of Services) Rules, 1999State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

For direct recruitment to the Panchayat service, there shall be constituted a Selection Committee consisting of the following:-

(1) President of the Panchayat Chairman

(2) Two of the Chairperson of Standing Member Committee nomin~ted by General Administration Committee

(3) Anymember ofPanchayat who belongs Member ,to Scheduled _Castel Schedule - .- , .. 'TribeiOther-"'B'ackward--': C1ass,'" ...,-_ .. - nominated by General Administration Committee '

(4) An officer nominated by the :>ivisional Commissioner -in case of Zila Panchayat OR Deputy Director, Panchayat and Social Welfare, in case of Janpad Panchayat

(6) One expert nominated by the General Administration Committee

(7) District Head of.the concerned Department if the recruitment is made for Non-Ministerial Executive Services
