(1) The draft Development Plan shall be prepared on 2 scale not smaller than 1/10000, and shall show in dislinguishing colours the areas or Sites and the uses 1o which they will be pul. The Planning Authority shall, while preparing lie drafl Development Pian, take into consideration the suggestions or objections, if any, received from the public in response to the adverlisement published under rule 3.
(2) The Plaimng Authorily shall publish the drait Development Plan zlong wilh the pariiculars specified in sub-section (2) of seclion 26 by keeping copies thercol cpen lo inspection, of the public al all reasonable hours al the head office of the Planning Authority :
Provided thal, where such nolice is published by a Special Planning 4 Autharity, the copies thereof shall be kept open to inspection also in the office of the local authorily or authorilies having, jurisdiction in the arca for which such Plan is prepared. ) f‘
(3) The notice under subssection-(/)-of-seclion 26 of publicalion of draft Development Plan shall_be given. by means of an advertisement in English - A and in the regional language. The said notice shall ifidicate that a coay of 7} the draflt Development Plan fogether wilh a copy of the particulars a:companying it is kept open {o inspection of the public at all reasonablc hours - al the head office of (he Planning Authorily or such local authority or authorities and that any suggestions or objections made by the public i respect of the draft Development Plan within a period of sixty days from the date of the said nolice n the Official Gazeite, will be duly considered by ihe relevani authority.
(4) The Planuing Authority shall submit Lo the State Government through ihe Director of Town Planning, in triplicale, the draft Development Plan after modifications and charges, if any, carried out under section 28, together with the particulars publishes under su-section (2) of section 26.
