(1) The Competent Authority may, after registering the complaint, constitute a Fact Finding Committee (FFC) to enquire and submit a report in this behalf.
(2) The Fact Finding Committee (FFC) shall make an inquiry whether the Educational Institution is established or any programme or course of study is introduced or conducted in contravention of any of the provisions of the Act.
(3) While conducting the inquiry the Fact Finding Committee shall follow the following guidelines, namely :—
(a) The Fact Finding Committee (FFC) shall visit the Educational Institution and collect the relevant documents and information from person associated with such institution as well as from any other stake holders related to the concerned institution.
(b) The Fact Finding Committee (FFC) shall give an opportunity to the complainant to provide additional relevant documents and information.
(c) After completing the inquiry, the Fact Finding Committee (FFC) shall submit its report to the Competent Authority within time limit given by the Competent Authority.
