The North-East Frontier Agency Panchayat Raj Regulation, 1967.Regulations · 1967

(2) Every member of an Anchal Sarniti shall before taking his seat make and subscribe before such officer as the Governor may specify in this behalf, an oath or affirmation in the form set out in the First Schedule.

{2) A member who has not complied with the requirements of sub-section (1), shall not vote or tdke pait in the proceedings of any meeting of the Anchal Samiti noi ;hall he bo included as a member of any committee constituted by the Ancnal Samiti.
