Public Premises (Eviction.of Unauthorised Occupant) Rules,1971Central Rules · 1971

In assessing damages lor rpauthorised use and occupation of any public premises the estate officer shali take into consideration the following matters, namelY:-

(a) the purpose and the period for which the public premises were in qnauthorised occuPation;

(b) the natur e, size and standard,of the accomrrrodation available in such prernises; 1

(c) the rent that would have been realised if the premises had been let on rent for the period of u4authorised occrrpafion to a private person;_

(d) any damage done tp the premises during the period of unauthorised occuPation;: '!

(e) u11y oUrul.matter reievant for the purpqsq of assessing the damages.
