(1) Every application for registration of a new semen station for production and storage of semen doses for artificial insemination or production, transfer and storage of embryos shall be made to the Authority in Form 'A'.
(2) Every application for registration of existing semen station for production and storage of semen doses for artificial insemination or production, transfer and storage of embryos shall be made to the Authority in Form 'B'.
(3) An application for registration of a new or existing semen station shall be accompanied with the following non–refundable fees, which shall be payable by cheque or RTGS :- Section 9.

(4) The applicants who submit applications in Form ‘A’ or Form ‘B’ shall be granted a provisional certificate of registration in Form ‘C’.
(5) The applicant shall make a written request to the Authority for inspection within the period specified in sub – section (5) of section 9.
(6) For the grant of certificate of registration for a new semen station or the existing semen station , the applicant semen station must be evaluated by CMU-GOI as ‘A’ or ‘B’ Grade semen station. The grade card, observation and recommendation list of CMU-GOI must be submitted to the Authority.
(7) The provisional certificate of registration shall become invalid in case semen station is declared unfit by the Authority or CMU or Government of India or Government.
(8) Subject to the fulfillment of all the conditions mentioned in the Act, theserules and those specified by Authority, Government, Government of India for semen stations, semen banks, breeding bulls, sale of semen, a certificate of registration shall be generated in Form 'D' which shall be valid for two years.
(9) It shall be mandatory for the registered Semen Station to communicate status, death and culling, transfer of certified bulls to the Authority.
(10) Registered semen station shall submit its Annual report in ‘Form-J’.
Submission of incomplete or non-submission of the report shall lead to cancellation of the certificate of registration.
(11) Any non compliance with the directions, conditions, guidelines, specifications issued by the Authority, Government, Government of India, shall lead to the rejection of application for registration of semen station, cancellation of provisional certificate of registration or the certificate of registration.
