Section 7: Renewal of registration of semen stations

The Punjab Bovine Breeding Rules-2021State Rules of Punjab · 2016

(1) An application in Form ‘E’ for renewal of registration of semen station shall be accompanied with the following non–refundable fees, which shall be payable by cheque or RTGS:- Number of production bulls housed Rs 2,000/- per production bull Embryo Production Center Rs 50,000/- Embryo Transfer Center Rs 20,000/-

(2) Subject to the fulfillment of all the conditions mentioned in the Act, theserules and those specified by the Authority, Government, Government of India for semen stations, semen banks, breeding bulls, sale of semen a certificate of registration shall be generated in Form 'D', which shall be valid for two years.
