Section 214: Removal from membership

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

The State Government may remove from office any member of the State Advisory Committee, if such member, in its opinion, has ceased to represent the interest, which he purports to represent in a meeting of the Committee :

Provided that no such member shall be removed, unless a reasonable opportunity of being heard is given to him, to plead his cause against the proposed action.
