The inventory shall be cheeked by the ,sections 143, 193 Control ling Officer or by a responsible officer deputed by him for the purpose and 225 every six: months and any loss arising our of negligence or default, shall be recovered from the person concerned. A report of inspection shall be prepared and kept on record. If an officer otherthan the Controlling Offker carries out the inspection, the report shall be placed immediately after inspection before the Controlling Officer.
