The Leader of the Opposition shall be entitled to the installation and maintenance of a telephone at his office and also at his residence in Chandigarh and no charges shall be payable by him in respect of the rental of such telephones and fix local and trunk calls made by him in the discharge of his duties as the Leader ofthe Opposition.
