Section 5: Constitution of the Service

Rajasthan Ground Water Service Rules,1973State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1973 of 2023

The Service shall consist of:-

(a) all persons in substantive appointment at the commencement of these Rules of a post specified in the Schedule; and

(b) all persons appointed to a post in the Service after such commencement in accordance with the provisions of these Rules except those appointed under rule 26.
