(1) The appropriate authority making an application to the State Government for the modification of a scheme under sub-section (1) of section 33 shall state in such application all the particulars in respect of the modification to be made.
(2) If such modification affects any of the items of Form-B or Form-C, an extract from Form-B anda revised statement in Form-C, together with a plan showing the change or changes proposed to be made, shall be sent to the State Government in duplicate along with the application made under sub-rule (1).
(3) The publication of the modified draft of a scheme under sub-section (2) of section 33 shall be made by means of a notification published in the Official Gazette and in one or more newspapers with wide circulation in the area. Such notification shall also state that any person affected by the modification may communicate in writing within one month from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, any objection to such modification to the State Government through the Chief Town Planner and that the modified draft shall be open to the inspection of the public at the office of the appropriate authority during office hours.
