Section 5: Procedure for journey

(1) On the commencement of a journey the Ex-member or Family Pensioner as the case may be shall fill in the form and the foils thereof and hand over the form to the conductor of the bus. The conductor shall thereon fill in the amount of fare chargeable for the journey on the foil with the Ex-member or Family Pensioner as the case may be. A separate form shall be used for each journey by different buses.

(2) An Ex-member or Family Pensioner as the case may be shall, on demand by the conductor or any other officer of the State Roadways duly authorised in this behalf, produce the pass for inspection.

(3) An Ex-member or Family Pensioner as the case may be wishing to reserve his seat may do so on payment of charges for reservation.
