An Ex-member/Family Pensioner shall be entitled to carry such luggage free of charge as is permissible to a passenger for the class in which the Ex-member/Family Pensioner travels and Ex-member/Family Pensioner shall have to pay for the excess luggage, if any, on the rates fixed in that behalf by the State Roadways.
