Section 7: Period of validity of the pass

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit by Road Transport Service) Rules, 1989 and (Amendment) Rules, 2019State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) The pass granted under these rules shall be valid only during the period the holder continues [to be an Ex-member] under the provisions of section 4-A of the Act and the holder shall return the pass to the Secretary as soon as he ceases to be an Ex-member.

(2) The Pass granted under these rules shall be valid only during the Provisions of section 4-C of the Act and the holder shall return the Pass to the Secretary as soon as he/she ceases to be a Family Pensioner.
