Section 4: Declaration before assumption of office by a non- official member of the Board

The non-official member of the Board, before assumption of office, shall submit the following er interest as is likely ction as non-official declaration,-

(i) that he isnot disqualified for appeintment; - (i1) that he has no potential conflict of interest with the Board; and .

(i) that he has no affiliation with any firm, interest ' group, association, or organization carrying on business activities directly or indirectly related with the furetions of the Board.

S. Travelling Allowance, Baily Allowance and other facilities to the non-officiat members of the Board.- The non- official members of the Board shall be allowed Travelling Allowance, Daily allowance and other facilities for aftending meetings and discharging functions of member of the Board as specified below:-

(i) Traveiling Allowance & by air economy class and by rail 11 AC & Daily Allowance Rs. 400/- © RTDC Hotel Highest Category / Circuit House

(iii) Local Transport A © Rs. 600/~ per visit

(iv) Honorariuny/ sitting fee : Rs 1500/- per day Note: In case Department wijl provide the local transport, the aforementionz=d amount will not be admissible.
