37. Removal of difficulties - If any difficulty arises in giving ‘effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by general or special order published in the Official Gazette, give such OR 37-39 ase fe ated Sian den ature, 1989 9 directions as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and as may appear to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing such difficulty :
Provided that the powers conferred under this section sha! not be exercised after a lapse of three years from the date of enforcement of this Act.
