अनु᭄ि᳙ मंजूर करन,े उसमᱶ कोई संशोधन करन,े नवीनीकरण या ᭭ थानांतरण करने से इंकार करने पर म᭎ु य िनयंᮢक या िनयंᮢ क आवेदक को िलिखत मᱶ इसके कारण ससंिूचत कराएगें :

परंतु अनु᭄ि᳙ मंजूर करने, उसमᱶ कोई सशंोधन करने, नवीनीकरण या ᭭ थानांतरण करने से इंकार करने स ेपूवᭅ अनु᭄ि᳙धारी को सुने जान ेका एक अवसर ᳰदया जाएगा।
