संपीिडत गैस के भ᭛ डारण के िलए अनु᭄ि᳙ के पयᭅवसान, िनल᭥ बन या रकरण कᳱ दशा मᱶ अनु᭄ि᳙धारक अनु᭄ापन अिधकारी और िजला ᮧािधकारी को अपने क᭣ जाधीन संपीिडत गैस कᳱ दशा व माᮢा कᳱ तुर᭠ त सूचना दगेा और उस के िन᭭तारण के स᭥बंध मᱶ अनु᭄ापन अिधकारी से परामशᭅ करके िजला ᮧािधकारी जो िनदᱷश दᱶगे उनका पालन करेगा। ᳰकसी भी कारण से ᳰकसी ईकाइ के बंद करन ेकᳱ ि᭭थित मᱶ अनु᭄ि᳙धारी पᳯरसर मᱶ भ᭛डार ᳰकए गए पᳯरसकं᭗मय गैसᲂ के ᮧकार और माᮢा के स᭥बंध मᱶ अनु᭄ापन अिधकारी और िजला ᮧािधकारी को सिूचत करेगा, उस के िन᭭तारण के स᭥बंध मᱶ अनु᭄ापन अिधकारी स े परामशᭅ करके, यᳰद उनके ᳇ारा आव᭫यक समझ,े िजला ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा िनधाᭅᳯरत अविध और बताए अनुᱨप गैस का िन᭭तारण करेगा। ¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 37
