Section 59: अपील

The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (unfired) Rules, 2016Central Rules · 1884

(1) (क) िनयंᮢक ᳇ारा पाᳯर त ᳰकसी आदशे के िवᱧ᳍ मु᭎ य िनयंᮢक के समᭃ अपील कᳱ जाएगी;

(ग) मु᭎ य िनयंᮢक ᳇ारा जारी ᳰकसी आदशे के िवᱧ᳍ के᭠ ᮤ ीय सरकार के समᭃ अपील कᳱ जाएगी;

(घ) िजला ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा जारी ᳰकसी आदशे के िवᱨ᳍ अपील उनके ᭔ ये᳧ अिधकारी केसमᭃ कᳱ जाएगी;

(2) ᮧ᭜ येक अपील िलिखत होगी और उसके साथ उस आदेश कᳱ ᮧित होगी िजसके िवᱨ᭟ द अपील कᳱ जा रही ह ैऔर पाᳯरत ᳰकये आदशे कᳱ तारीख से साठ ᳰदन से पहल ेᮧ᭭ तुत कᳱ जाएगी।

(3) अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 6च के उपाबंध के अनुᱨप अपील ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा कारᭅवाई कᳱ जाएगी।
