Section 17: Licensee bound to obey all special orders of Commissioner

Tamil Nadu Distillery Rules, 1981State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1937

The licensee shall be bound by all special orders issued by the Commissioner with regard to individual distilleries and shall cause all persons employed by him in the distillery to obey all such orders.

The licensee shall be bound by written instructions or standing orders issued by the Commissioner providing for any supplemental matters arising out of these rules.
