Section 25: Control of distillery

Tamil Nadu Distillery Rules, 1981State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1937

The Distillery shall be opened only for the entrances and exit of persons who have business with them. No one except officers of the Prohibition and Excise Department and superior officers of other Government departments, the licensees, their employees and licensed vendors for purchase of spirit shall be allowed to enter the premises on any pretext. Others may enter only with the permission of the Distillery Officer, provided that permission to the distillery may be objected to by the licensees.
