Section 12: Salaries, allowance and other conditions of Service of the Chairman

The salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the Chairman shall be such as may be specified by the Government in the order of his appointmentor, as the case may be, in the terms of his deputation.

Salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the member-secretary :‘- The salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the membersecretary shall be such as may be specified by the Government in the order of his appointment or, as the case may be, in the terms of his deputation.
