पी मᱶ आवेदन रिज᭭ᮝार से अपन े ᳞ापार िच᭮न िवषयक िविनदᱷश का संपᳯरवतᭅन करने के वा᭭ते कर सकेगा ᳰक वह िविनदᱷश संशोिधत वगᱮकरण के अनुᱨप हो जाए।

(2) रिज᭭ᮝार माल और सेवाᲐ के अंतराᭅ᳦ीय वगᱮकरण (एनआईसीई वगᱮकरण) के अनुसरण मᱶ माल और सेवाᲐ के िववरण या वगᱮकरण यथाि᭭थित मᱶ संशोधन करेगा।

(3) यᳰद अनुमोᳰदत हो तो माल और सेवाᲐ का वणᭅन या वगᱮकरण मᱶ संशोधन जरनल मᱶ िव᭄ािपत ᳰकया जाएगा और उसके बाद उस रिज᭭ᮝीकरण से संबंिधत रिज᭭ᮝी कᳱ ᮧिवि᳥ तदनुᱨप संशोिधत कᳱ जाएगी। अ᭟याय-8 ᮧकᳱणᭅ
