Section 7: Ellgtbllity for renomination of the members of the Commtttee, Advisory Committee or the Board

The Tripura minimum wages RulesState Rules of Tripura · 1948

An out going member shall be eligible for renonunation for the membership of the Committee, Advisory Commi­ nee or the Board of which he was a member.

8. Restgoauon of the Chatrman and members of the Comminee.

Ad,lsor) Committee and the Board and Oiling of casual Vacanctes :-(I) A member of the Committee, Ad\hory Comminee or the Board other than the Chairman may, by givin& notice in writing to the Chairman re>igo hi; membership.

(2) The Chairman may resign by letter addressed to the State Government.

(3) When a vacancy occurs or is likely to occur in the member­ <hip of the Committee. Advisory Committee or the Board. The Chairman shall sumbit a repon to the State Government immediatdy. The State Go•ernmcnt shall then take steps to fill 'acancy.
