{I) If a member of the Commtttee. Advisory Commutee or the Board fails to attend three:
con>ccu ti ve meeting>, be shall subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2) cease to be a member thereof.
(2) A person, who ceases to be a member under sub-rule ( I) shall be given intimation of such ceassatlon by a letter sent to him by regbtered po;t within 15 (fifteen) days from I he date of ruch cessation.
