The Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Market Committees (Centralised) Services Regulations, 1984State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 1964

(1) A person directy recruited to the Centralised Service from the open market shall commençe to draw the minimum pay and allowances applicable to the post or the pay and allowances indicated in his letter of appointment from the date he assumes charge.

(2) In the case of a member of the Centralised Service who is appointed on promotion from a lower grade, his pay shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions contained in F.H.B., Vol. II, Parts 11 to IV.

(3) In the case of persons taken from Government on deputation., their terms and conditions of service shall be as agreed upon between the Board and the Government.
