Uttar Pradesh (Area Panchayat) and (District Panchayat) Construction Works Rules, 1984State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1961

(1) All works done whether by contract or by daily labour shall be duly measured and all materials received which can be counted or mecasured shall be counted or measured and shall be duly entered in the measuiement books.

(2) Material purchased by Parishad/Ksheura Samiti for certain work will not be taken to have been utilised till it is not used for the concerned work. The expensed incuired on the purchase of such article material will be debited to the suspense account.
