The Uttar Pradesh Inland Waterways Authority Rules, 2025State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2023

(1) The Chairperson (if an expert person is appointed by the Chief Minister Resignation of Uttar Pradesh) and Vice-Chairperson may, by notice in writing under their own hand addressed to the Govemor of the State of Uttar Pradesh, resign from his office.

(2) The office of the Chairperson (if an expert person is appointed by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh) and Vice-Chairperson shall fall vacant from the date on which the resignation of such member is accepted by the Govemor of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
