(1) If the Transport Minister, Uttar Pradesh is nominated by the Chief Minister as the Chairperson, then no separate residential facility will be given to the Transport Minister for working as the Chairperson of the Authority.

(2) The Chairperson (if an expert person is appointed by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh) or the Vice:Chairperson shall be entitled to an unfurnished accommodation on dcductio‘n of 10% of the salary, subject to the ceiling on the monthly m‘:ul .for such accommodation to be regulated in accordance with the rules for the time l.x:mg in force, for allotment of such residence or to draw such house rent allowance as is admissible to the highest category of officers of the Authority,
(3) The Sccretary shall be entitled to an unfurnished accommodation on deduction of 10% of the salary, subject to the ceiling on the monthly rental for such accommodation to be regulated in accordance with the rules for the time being in force, for allotment of such residence or to draw such house rent allowance as is admissible to the officers of Transport Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh holding the rank of Additional Transport Commissioner.
