The Uttar Pradesh Inland Waterways Authority Rules, 2025State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2023

(1) If the Transport Minister, Uttar Pradesh is nominated by the Chief Minister as the Chairperson, then no separate government vehicle facility will be given to the Transport Minister for working as the Chairperson of the Authority.

(2) The use of the car of the Authority by the Chairperson (if an expert person is appointed by the Chicf Minister of Uttar Pradesh) and the Vice-Chairperson for private purpose, shall be regulated in accordance with the rules for the time being in force, for use of car by officers of the State Government of and above the rank of Principal Secretary.
