Section 9: Submission of statements of withdrawals

The Uttar Pradesh Milk Rules,1976State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1976

The official authorised by the Chief Executive Officer of the Board for withdrawal from the Fund shall submit to the Chief Executive Officer every month the following statements—

(a) statement of expenditure in the form as prescribed by the Board from time to time;

(b) an authenticated copy of the bank account.
