Section 9

Rules for Elections to the Board of Indian Medicine, U. P.State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1939

(1) A list, referred to in rule 2 or rule 3 may be inspected at such time and place as the Returning Officer may specify.

(2) Copies of any list referred to in rule 2 or rule 3 shall be supplied by the Returning Officer on payment ol such fees as he may specify.

RIGHT TO VOTE

10. No person who is not, and except as expressly provided by the Act or these rules., every person for the time being entered in the list shall be entitled to vote at an election :

Provided that, in the case of an election in one constituency under clause (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Act, no person whose name is not. Entered in the list pertaining to that constituency shall be entitled to vote.
