(1) Term of contract of rivers of plain area shall be five year which shall be calculated by including duration of next 1stJuly to 30th June. In first year this duration shall commenceon date of permission and shall be deemed to finish on 30th June. Every year increment of 10 percent shall be accented in approved tender amount and shall be paid according by Tenders.
(2) After approval of highest bid/tender, it is compulsory to the tenderer/committee to execute the contract within maximum of two week.
(3) Tenderer shall pay the stamp duty Pay able under provision of 13 Stamp Registration Act, 1899 as amended from time to time.
Contract shall be executed between tenderer and Director Fisheries on behalf of Governor. Executed control shall be kept in the custody of director, fisheries on behalf of Governor.
(4) It is necessary to deposit the ten percent advance of the reserved value of tender with the tender in form of bank draft by the tenderer and successful tenderer shall deposit 25 percent of the total tender amount immediately on the same day. In case of failure of submitting the amount, the advance shall be deemed to be confiscated. In addition to the said, it is necessary to deposit these curity amount of five percent of the total tender amount of five years by the tenderer through NSC or FDR in favour of Director, Fishery in the office of Director, fishery within one week and otherwise whole right of cancellation of tender shall be vested in the Director, Fishery.
(5) Subject to the aforesaid rule, after depositing 25 percent amount, remaining 75 percent amount shall be paid by the tenderer in equal installment till the end of month September, December and March of the concerned year. In second, third, fourth and fifth year, it is necessary to the tenderer to deposit the remaining amount till 31st March by depositing 1/4th (one forth) of the annual payable amount till 30th June, one forth amount till 30th September and one forth amount till
31stDecember.
