The Uttarakhand Fisheries Rules,2003State Rules of Uttarakhand · 2003

(1) Director, fisheries may, from time to time, determine the due method regarding this part.

(2) For obtaining the facilities related to the determined sites and its transport of transport/selling centre of fish, consent/Non objection shall also have to obtain from such local bodies by the fish seller/businessman with due method.
